Is it possible to track my order?
Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link.
Don't forget to check your spam sometimes.
Before confirming your order, we advise you to check the spelling of your surname and first name as well as your exact address with the city and postal code.
CR Studio cannot be held responsible for these essential elements for the proper delivery of your order.
By clicking on the number, this allows you to track the delivery of your package on the carrier's website.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package. If 24 hours have passed, we will no longer be able to take your request into account.
How to make a return?
You have 14 days from delivery by the carrier to change your mind and notify us by email and return the item to us in its original condition with the order form received by email for identification of your package.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of an exchange of an item or a request for a credit note, the return costs are at our expense.
You can request a credit by email, if you do not want a refund. You will receive a code so that you can place an order.
In accordance with article L221-5 of the consumer code, you have a period of 14 days, from the delivery of your order, to return your items to us. Beyond this period returns will not be accepted.
The returned product(s) must be sent with a tracking number and in their original condition with their label(s) attached to the following address:

Je travaille chaque pièce dans mon studio. Chaque pièce est modelé à la main.
Inspiration
Je trouve mon inspiration dans la nature et les paysages qui m’entourent.
Je suis fascinée par les formes organiques et les textures naturelles, que j’intègre dans mes créations.
Mes pièces sont souvent décorées de motifs floraux et de feuilles, qui rappellent les jardins et les forêts, mais aussi des couleurs pétillantes.
Une nouvelle approche
J’essaye d’avoir une approche originale de la poterie et de la manière dont je la travaille.
Je suis très attentive aux détails et aux finitions, et je m'assure que chaque pièce que je crée est parfaitement équilibrée et proportionnée. J’utilise également une grande variété de techniques de poterie, de l'émaillage à la sculpture en relief, pour donner vie à mes créations.
Pour moi, la poterie est bien plus qu'un simple passe-temps ou un métier, c'est une passion profonde qui me permet de m’exprimer et de me connecter à ma créativité. Je suis heureuse de pouvoir partager mon amour pour la poterie avec vous.
